Employees can now use HSA/FSA funds to purchase Hike insoles, making it easier for them to invest in foot health, with or without full employer coverage.
What’s new?
We consistently hear that employees love their HIke insoles, but wish they had a second pair so they didn’t have to switch them between shoes. With HSA/FSA eligibility, employees can use pre-tax dollars to buy additional pairs or cover costs when employers offer only partial or voluntary coverage.
How it works
Employees can now:
- Use their HSA/FSA card directly at checkout for additional pairs or voluntary pairs, or
- Submit their purchase for reimbursement to their HSA provider

Why it matters
More access means better outcomes. With HSA/FSA eligibility, Hike is now more accessible than ever – whether employees want an additional pair of Hikes for different shoes or need help covering out-of-pocket costs when Hike isn’t fully employer-covered. By lowering financial barriers, we drive higher adoption and help more employees stay supported, comfortable, and pain-free.
And when it comes to musculoskeletal (MSK) health, consistency matters. MSK issues build over time, so if employees only wear supportive insoles at work but are out of alignment the rest of the day, their risk of injury remains. This update helps employees wear Hike wherever they go, supporting long-term joint health and injury prevention.
