Frequently asked questions

Why wear custom insoles?

When your feet are properly aligned, your body weight is distributed evenly. This promotes better skeletal alignment, which can reduce discomfort in the feet, hips, knees, and back.

How do I sign up to receive my free Hike Custom Insoles?

Starting January 1, 2025, visit hikemedical.com/mortonind to order your insoles. Register with your work information and Hike will guide you through how to scan your feet. You'll receive your insoles within two weeks!

How much do they cost?

As a Morton Industries employee, you get access to Hike for free! Hike offers the same support as doctor-prescribed orthotics, which are typically sold for $550-$850.

How does Hike create custom insoles without any clinic visits?

Hike uses advanced AI technology, created in partnership with renown clinicians, to generate 3D models of your feet based on your specific video scans. We send those to our 3D print farm in Peoria, IL, where we create insoles custom for each person.

Are my dependents covered by this benefit?

This benefit does not extend to dependents at this time.

Best inserts I've ever tried! No more random hip pain after a long operation.
I think these are better than the ones for which I paid $450. I know they will last longer.
Perfect at work, and even better for hunting boots! These have improved my life inside and outside of work - I highly recommend Hike to fellow Mission Partners.
I'm on cement for 10hrs a night. Hike insoles have helped a lot – I don't have pain anymore and I can keep up with the grandkids!
I would walk differently because of the foot pain which caused knee pain! I can walk normally now, without foot & knee pain with my Hike insoles.
My feet are not in good shape, but I can tell the insole is shifting my weight from going to my bunion. It’s incredibly good for my feet.
