Visit app.hikemedical.com/osf to order your insoles. Register with your name, Mission Partner ID, email, and phone number to activate your benefit.

How does Hike create custom insoles without any clinic visits?
Hike uses advanced AI technology, created in partnership with renowned clinicians, to generate 3D models of your feet based on your specific video scans. We send those to our 3D print farm in Peoria, IL, where we create insoles custom for each person.
Are my dependents covered by this benefit?
This benefit does not extend to dependents at this time.
